The GEC Public Works Group is a professional engineering group of experienced managers, engineers, and technicians with a wide range of experience in wastewater treatment and transportation, flood control, navigation, drainage, levees, and other structures that primarily support the civil works type programs of the Federal, state and local governments as well as the private sector. Staff experience spans a period of some 25 years or more in wastewater and water resources engineering in communities and major drainage and river basins of the United States. A principal client has been the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers nationwide and includes support to the Corps’ planning, engineering, and environmental programs. This extensive experience enables GEC to conduct studies and prepare engineering reports as well as project plans and specifications.
GEC has been involved in a wide range of projects and is extremely experienced in conducting studies, engineering reports, and construction documents for the Corps of Engineers for the design of wastewater, flood control and drainage projects. GEC also supports municipalities and local governments in the planning, design and rehabilitation of wastewater infrastructure and other public facilities systems vital to public service and enhancing the quality of life in a community.
