Through passage of the Clean Air Act (CAA), as amended, Congress established national goals for air quality to protect public health and welfare and has required the use of quality standards and criteria for control of pollutants in the environment.

GEC assists its clients in meeting CAA requirements and regulations by providing design, permitting and compliance services to their clients. Air quality services include toxic air emissions inventories, Emergency Planning and Community Right-to-Know (EPCRA) Section 313 reports, air permit applications, National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) air quality impact assessments, air emissions control plans, and air dispersion and hazardous emission risk assessment modeling and reporting.
