Charles E. Hinton
Senior Vice President, Marketing

Mr. Hinton received his M.S. degree from Louisiana State University in 1966. He is responsible for coordinating all business development at GEC. In addition, he is heavily involved in the contract administration and program development activities of the Federal Programs of which he was director since joining GEC in 1988 culminating with his promotion to his present position in 2005. As a technical director, Mr. Hinton directed the completion of over 800 projects for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. Mr. Hinton's experience in the technical, financial, marketing, and contract administration aspects of government contracting has given him unique insight into meeting the consulting needs of government clients.
