Thomas D. Newsham
Vice President, Marketing Coordinator, Engineering

Mr. Newsham is responsible for coordinating all program development activities, proposal activity, sales, and associated marketing efforts for the Engineering Division. Mr. Newsham has worked in Water Resources Engineering at GEC since July 1993. From 1991 to 1993, he was Director of the Red River Valley Association, where he worked toward the successful completion of the Red River Navigation project. Previously, Mr. Newsham served in a 26-year career with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers that included assignments of Deputy Commander, Lower Mississippi Valley Division and Commander, U.S. Army Engineer Group, Turkey (Europe Engineer Division).
