GEC has experience in partnering with building developers and architects alongside federal, state and local municipalities for planning and development of community habitats incorporating green infrastructure concepts and design practices. GEC has successfully completed projects that included National Complete Streets policies, Green Infrastructure components including bioswales, impervious cement concrete, stormwater management, bioretention basins featuring planting focused on native trees, grasses, sedges, and rushes. GEC has certified staff whom possess the knowledge, concepts and terminology required to perform tasks related to green infrastructure construction, inspection and maintenance as determined by the Green Infrastructure Certification Program.
